Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez has lined up a £15m summer raid
for Valencia ace David Silva.
The Kop boss made inquiries last summer but was put off by the
£25m-plus asking price.
But with Valencia currently around £400m in the red, Benitez
believes he can finally land 23-year-old Silva, who can play wide
or just behind the targetman.
Benitez has also asked about centre-back Raul Albiol if Daniel
Agger does not sign his new contract offer.
