One of my friends is going to get charged in court for dangerous
driving and causing injury.According to him,the IO told him that is
suspended 12 months or more his license will be revoked.(IO knows
he is P plate driver).However,he is unsure as the rule states that
once a first year driver accumulates >12 demerit points,his
license will be automatically revoked.So he assumes that once the
court case is over,his license is gone for sure.
Can anyone offer their toughts over this?Thx
