Bayern Munich coach Jurgen Klinsmann has revealed
an enquiry has been received from Real Madrid regarding star
midfielder Franck Ribery.
Speaking on Bavarian television, Klinsmann confirmed
Madrid's official approach, but claimed the Frenchman would be
better off staying put.
"The enquiries we have received, whether it be the one from Real
Madrid or whatever, prove his worth," said Klinsmann.
"He is happy here and the club situation in Spain is exactly the
opposite to FC Bayern. He knows that what he has got here with FC
Bayern is great.
"We are quite sure he will stay with us for a long time."
