Chelsea team news
Chelsea are without goalkeeper Petr Cech for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League clash with Hull.

He sustained a back injury during last weekend's 2-0 defeat by Liverpool and will be replaced by Hilario. Defender Ricardo Carvalho is, meanwhile, doubtful with a hamstring strain and unlikely to play.

Michael Essien and Joe Cole (both knee) are still sidelined for the Blues, but new loan signing from Inter Milan Ricardo Quaresma is in line for his Chelsea debut.

Squad: Hilario, Taylor, Ferreira, Bosingwa, A Cole, Terry, Alex, Ivanovic, Mancienne, Lampard, Ballack, Obi, Deco, Kalou, Drogba, Anelka, Stoch, Quaresma, Belletti, Malouda.

Hull team news
Hull are without striker Daniel Cousin for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League trip to Chelsea and record signing Jimmy Bullard is doubtful.

Cousin will be out for at least 10 days following minor knee surgery while midfielder Bullard is awaiting the verdict on scan results after jarring his knee on debut at West Ham last month.

The result was quite unexpected... Thought Chelsea would win eventually but it didn't happen...

Looks like that Terry miss from just cm was very costly... If he had put that one in... The game would probably be over for Hull...

Goal-shy Blues slip to fourth

Luiz Felipe Scolari's stuttering Chelsea side slipped to fourth place in the Premier League after being held to a 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge by out of form Hull City. The Blues lost third place to Aston Villa after goals from James Milner and Gabriel Agbonlahor secured a 2-0 away win against Sam Allardyce's resurgent Blackburn Rovers.

aston villa won and everton also win.. solids..

KaurexO_o SG

If Chelsea don't start winning, they may drop out of the top 4. They seem to lack the edge in recent games

zocoss SG

Everton won't be much of a threat, only Villa.

But should be good news to Wenger and Arsenal fans... Cos at least they don't just have to catch up with Villa, now they got Chelsea too... making it easier for them to get that 4th spot....

Scolari really make Chelsea CMI. Worst coach in recent times. The entire Chelsea right flank always make mistakes - Bosingwa and Alex and Mikel. All lousy. Hull always break through and almost score because these players all sleeping.

Anyway Chelsea players also in decadence. No Chelsea player is a convincing striker. Anelka is score all the jiao goals - it shows now when he cant score a decent goal. Lampard and Deco is too inconsistent. Terry and Alex the header specialists all become weak. Drogba dont need to say. Ballack is really useless can never shoot on target nowadays. Ashley Cole like to shoot but never on target also.

Frankly Chelsea all the players are playing worse than previous seasons except Kalou. Hahaha

Roman is busy saving his wealth.

Phil will be out of job at the end of season if the players cannot tahan his training style.

Although the draw is advantage to Liverpool, Chelsea is a team of good players and they would normally break team that park a bus in front of the goal line.

Hope they can recover soon.

Chelsea fans rounded on manager Luiz Felipe Scolari last night as their side suffered another setback to their fading title hopes with a goal-less draw against Hull at Stamford Bridge that will leave owner Roman Abramovich desperately disappointed.

A large banner was unfurled demanding the sacking of the Brazilian World Cup-winning manager, who was also subjected to a chant of 'You don't know what you are doing' from home supporters. At the final whistle, jeers also rang around the ground.

Once invincible at home, Chelsea now look vulnerable and have dropped 16 points in 13 home league games. They have slumped to fourth in the table behind Aston Villa and have failed to score in their last two games. But if Scolari hoped for the focus to move away from his difficulties during this week's internationals.

Letting it be known: Some Chelsea fans have lost faith in Scolari

Lol.... again....the exact same thing that happened to AG.

Scholari needs to wake up his ideas lah... he only got Quaresma to save his ass, yet he took him off for Drogba...bo wa gong.

zocoss SG

Yeah I was also wondering why take him out so early? Yeah I know he is new but he seems to be doing rather well and he looks fit too... The commentary said he looked the most dangerous of the 3 (Anelka & Kalou)... and yet he got taken out... Another strange call by Big Phil...
