Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro admits they've failed to
cope with the raft of injuries the squad has suffered.
"I am only interested in being able to retrieve our injured
players, if we have everyone back, we can beat anyone," said
Cannavaro. "With ten absentees, in this period we could lose
against anyone."
On his future, Cannavaro added: "I am not rushing. The first
word must come from Madrid. If they do not want to renew my
contract, we will then assess the bids and seek a solution. But
only after having spoken with them.
"The relationship is optimal. Meanwhile, let's see how the
season ends."
