West Brom defender Paul Robinson has won his appeal for
wrongful dismissal against Manchester United.
The defender was shown a straight red card by referee Rob Styles
for a challenge on Park Ji-sung.
Baggies chief Tony Mowbray felt the decision was unjust and
lodged an appeal to The Football Association.
An FA panel reviewed the incident and came down in favour of The
Baggies and their defender – meaning Robinson will not now serve a
three-match ban.
