On his way: Daniel Agger is expected to move to AC
Milan
Daniel Agger looks to be on his way out of Anfield after
his agent began negotiations with AC Milan
yesterday.
After Agger failed to reach agreement with Liverpool over
a new contract, his future took a dramatic turn when his
representative Per Steffensen met San Siro sporting director Ariedo
Braida and Italian agent Rino Foschi for lunch in Milan.
Central defender Agger, a £5.5million signing from Brondby, is
unhappy that he does not play more regularly and is also in a
stalemate over his demand for wages of around £60,000 a week.
