Atletico Madrid’s naughty fans have already earned the
club a ban from its stadium, and they’ve been at it
again.
Athletic Bilbao visited the Vicente Calderon stadium yesterday,
and keeper Gorka Iraizoz was treated of a barrage of snowballs that
fans behind the goal had been storing up. The snow shower became so
intense that the referee had to stop the game.
Athletic Club, however, had the last laugh as they stole three
points from their hosts.
