One tequila, two tequila, three tequila... floor: Drunken
Mexico midfield star Giovani dos Santos is hurled into the back of
a cab after hurling inside the club
You could never accuse Tottenham players
of not knowing how to party when they let their hair down at
Mayfair's Taman Gang this week. It's where, to quote its website,
'the bar and lounge play host to a stylish clientele'. You
sure?
It's where Kevin-Prince Boateng and friend tested the claim that
the restaurant is 'perfectly suited for a romantic date'; where
Alan Hutton came prepared in case he got legless and Michael Dawson
perfected his 'how's this for cool' look.
As for Giovani Dos Santos, if you're thrown into a car like this
back in Mexico, it's usually followed by a ransom note...

Grab a WAG: Kevin-Prince Boateng (below) leaves these top
three ladies in disappointment after he chooses blonde beauty
number four.

Back in the glory glory years, Tottenham club chairman Fred
Bearman (second left below) and his fellow directors knew how to
throw a party.

boardroom, rather than one of those flashy West End establishments,
was spent on more frivolous things, like comedy hats, suggestively
shaped balloons and - hang the expense - paper chains.

Pass it on: How the party unfolded during the glory, glory
Tottenham Hotspur days
Like today's heroes, they invited a lady, too. She's the one
with more hair and a better hat.
Happy Christmas, Spurs!
