Mourinho is still unhappy with the striker after his
night clubbing antics on Sunday. The Brazilian was punished by his
coach as he sat out the game against Fiorentina.
Il Corriere Dello Sport claims the 'Special One' has not seen
Adriano since Tuesday but they are set to have a meeting today in
order to patch up their relationship.
Mourinho warned that Adriano has plenty of work to do in order to
win back his faith and, if he doesn't apologise, he could face an
imminent exit.
The former Chelsea man feels he has been betrayed by the striker as
he did tell his player not to get back to his old habits of
clubbing and slackness in training when he took him back from Sao
Paulo in the summer.
Mourinho thinks the striker could have a negative influence in the
dressing room unless he changes attitude. The same thing happened
last year when former coach Roberto Mancini shipped the Brazilian
out following his lack of discipline.
It's Adriano's last chance saloon but drinks are certainly off the
menu. An apology to his coach as well as hard work on the training
pitch is the only way forward if he is to avoid being on the wrong
end of Mourinho's boot.
