Why Singapore law protects MCST who do not even provide basic maintenance and do not protects residents?

Could be but is that a reason? Shouldn't there be laws to protects the interest of residents rather than siding the MSCT? Tried even seeing the MP but seems useless.

Too bad unable to post any pictures here. I have hundreds of pictures of the apt that MCST did not clear rubbish for weeks and months, security cameras vandalised and illegal activities in the premises shown to MP but they did not even bother to investigate. They just brush off simply saying the MCST has court order which they are unable to overide. If government bodies MND don't intervene, court will only follow the book. Where is justice?

In this market, moving is not a choice too. You want sell at market value, no one buys. You sell below market value, you feel short changed.

Bottomline, whoever gazette the law protecting MCST, need to look into balancing in protecting residents too. Which department gazette this law?
