Lionel Messi has confessed being happy that former
Barcelona stars Deco and Ronaldinho left the club this summer, as
the team is more efficient without them.
The Argentina international claims the Blaugranas play a better
football since winger Ronaldinho and midfielder Deco joined Milan
and Chelsea, respectively.
Messi rates the Brazilian a lot and has backed him to revive his
career at the San Siro.
“Barca have changed without them and everybody benefits from
this, we play a better football,” Messi told La Gazzetta dello
Sport.
“But to me Ronaldinho is a phenomenon and a great person. I
speak regularly with him since he has gone to Italy and he seems
happy and improves game by game.
“They are going to discover how great he is.”
