if its only you calling the police, it will not do much good.
you must look for the others living near the playground and
approach all avenue, RC, police, malay association, etc.
but if its only you who are affected then im sorry to say
nothing will be done because what is considered noisy is
subjective. some have higher tolerance, some have lower tolerance
for noise, not that its a sign of weakness or anything, its just
nature.
since everyone have different torelence level, the teenagers are
only truly noisy if they affect a large number of people,
otherwise, it means this trait runs in your family, just remind
your children to keep this in mind when buying flats.
