In Deep $$ trouble

I co-own a flat with my 2 parents since many years ago.

Few years ago, I started dating and planned to get married. Problem is, my financee and I applied for a new BTO. The flat ownership with my parents totally slipped my mind and we even proceed to collect the keys. Each person can only own 1 hdb flat.

Spoke to hdb, and they cant help much as my parents place are under a bank loan. Spoke to bank, they demanded that I cough out huge amount of money (about $90,000) to settle outside loan before I can remove my name from my parents' property.

Any kind souls can help me out? Despo now

Not sure if $$ is the only way out.. but making me depressed.

I managed to process the bto. It is true. Hdb said they do not have visibility if the property is under a bank loan.

Next time buy anything must have enough money. Dont buy without research on how much it will cost.
