online scammer return me money. need help

Okay so i recently got scammed by someone in blackshot, i was buying his game account for 250 sgd. he took my money via ibanking and blocked me. today he used another facebook account to pm me and he said that he would return me 190 sgd if i could let the matter rest

i said i dont mind

and he really send 190 sgd to me

i just messaged his facebook and i said that if he dont return the remaining 60 sgd i will report to police, i have his block number, name, and ibanking details, but he just blocked me again, so if i really report to police will it work?

or can i just not show police that he said that if he return me that xxx amt and i agree, i will not pursue the matter anymore?

also, he scammed 4 other people of low sum, but he returned them full sum need helpm.

Report it to the police if I were you or why not get your parents to try to get them to talk to his parents?

Every deed begins with intention. Check if this guy has intention to cheat before you and after you. If it is, then you need to make report. And on forgiving nature, and since amount is small, you can omit to charge him.

Tell him also about this, that if in future he cheat again, he would not be saved. The police can link him to all other complaints. Charges and punishment will come.

Don’t be lazy and train your own account. Trading of accounts in game is illegal and may get you banned. It also opens up yourself to scammers.
