is normal.
btw, the role of a security guard in the 1st place is not to
stop a crime or anything.
if they do or if they can, that's a bonus but it's not their
main job scope.
main role of a security guard is like a watchman; see anything
wrong, sound alarm and call police or at the least, take down
details etc.
this is why u see some low-IQ people or aunties being security
guards; they're like watchers.
