there's this guy who claims to like me, but unfortunately I don't like him. he likes to touch my back a lot and I totally hate it. if I give him a warning but if he touch me again, should I slap him? advice pls.

Warn him if he touch you again you will not hesitate to file a police report for harassment and molest.

After the police reports is filed and he do that again you can defend yourself.

But I'm pretty sure he will exercise some self control after u show him the police report.

Not a good idea to use physical retaliation, if you spank..emm..slap him, that makes you the aggressor. Maybe give him three warnings, sternly tell him don't treat you like a barbie doll can touch you anywhere. If after the warning still no improvement, report him to the school higher authority. Let the school's staff call his parents and perhaps can arrange for a meeting.

Is he your age, Summer Hill? If he is a teen like you, I think it is normal. My classmate (Sec 2) does touch the ponytails of some of my classmates. I wonder if that is called flirting... He does do small talk with some girls (I don't know if you know SV, but I don't have a crush on her anymore), along with another male classmate.
