knn, now portugal gotta score 2... because i chose them to win

KrU SG

Good. Don't let Scolari and Ronaldo's heads get too big.

zocoss SG

Yeah... Portugal lose...

I think Scolari under estimated the Germans... when he said this would not be his last game in charge... Unless he got another friendly coming up soon, this was his last game...

Short Ninja SG

Good game and the Germans fought hard to win.

sand king SG

i see bollack score the 3rd german goal i off tv go sleep... zz portugal really needs a frigging good striker to convert their chances into goals.

Hello Kitty SG

who were dos freaks who said germany wud lose!

zocoss SG

Good job Germany won and ended Scolari favourites prematurely...

Another thing is Lemann was right afterall, and i believed it was too cos before last season, the Arsenal defence have indeed found a way to contain him... Regardless whether it was A Cole of Clichy, they alway seem to manage to keep him in check... But of course sometimes he will get lucky and escape from thier plan...

Can't help but felt once Scolari announced that he was leaving to join Chelsea, the Portuguese team didn't seem to be the same anymore... and they went on to lose their next 2 matches in a row and out of the Euro...

Hello Kitty SG

thks for all of ur congrats!

fairlady_xoxo SG

yeah! germany! =D

People used to say Germany was an old carthorse, a team which was having majority made up of old gentlemen which was slogging it's way thruout mud in major tournaments. Whenever the Germans won, the word luck was always been associated with them. People say they were lucky to easily have scrapped thru here and there. Yesterday's game changed the view of the world. A German side that was explosively playing soccer proved to their opponents they aren't the old carthorse of the past.

The Germans are well known for their masterful technical study work of formations & tactics on the soccer field. When applied with accurate precision, the final result came out as Germany 3 - 2 Portugal. It was a real beauty watching their set-pieces at work and the first goal which Lucas Podolski assisted in, starting off the double 1-2 passes, and his burst of breakneck speed which left Bosingwa trailing behind, caused a real eyebrow raiser.

I'm so happy for the Germans, i have watched them since the 1986 Mexico World Cup. There was tears of happiness & sadness from then and thruout. But yesterday's game caused my hair to stand, watching the beauty of such soccer being played, it's just too difficult to express feelings & emotions into words...

awwwwwwwwwwwwww

Hello Kitty SG

anywhere online can watch the match again?

Dimitri The Wanderer SG

You just want to watch the highlight goals or the full 90 minute action?

If highlight goals, seems at YouTube*, people have uploaded the video clips, but only the German side scoring their 3 goals, didn't show any goals from the under classed Portugal squad.

If full game, i am sure they are repeating on Channel 30 of Starhub's Cable. If no cable TV for you, then you go coffeeshop beg the uncle there to let you have control of the remote control lol.

*In the YouTube search, what i keyed in was "Germany 3 Portugal 2"

And the results showed, make sure you're getting few hours ago posted video clips, not like 2 days ago, 1 week back, 2 months ago or last year.

Hello Kitty SG

hk must be very happy now.

dragg SG

the 2 german goals were identical. knn, portugal's defence really not doing their work.

Dimitri The Wanderer SG

Oh...lol, then i don't know what else alternatives to offer you.

Dimitri The Wanderer SG

They are big bodied lol, towering at averages of 1,8m+ to 1.9m (or maybe more, don't know), they found it relatively easy to have shaken off their markers and controlled air superiority with headers. Advantage.

Hello Kitty SG

haha.

so farnie.

TNP's header reads "PORTUGAL, YOU DESERVE IT"!
