Samuel Eto'o has turned down a sensational
switch to Tottenham.
The Barcelona ace, 27, was a £25million target for the
White Hart Lane club.
But the striker, who is also wanted by Inter Milan and
Chelsea, says he is happy at the Nou Camp and feels a move to Spurs
would be a step down.
The Cameroon hitman revealed: "Tottenham are a club in
mid-table and I need more.
"I hope the English fans will forgive me.
"I insist that I have a contract with Barcelona until
2010 and I feel great at the club.
"I cannot exclude the option of Inter but I still feel
I am a Barcelona player and that I feel under no pressure."
