CHELSEA
will be snubbed by owner Roman Abramovich for their final league
game.
It means he could miss out on a title knees- up at
Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea will be out to beat Bolton and hope that
Prem-ier League leaders Manchester United slip up at Wigan.
But Red Rom has no plans to be at Blues HQ on the final
day of the season in the top flight.
Instead, he intends to wait until the Champions League
final against United in Moscow before he watches his club in person
again.
Abramovich has spent time in the United States
recently.
And he was in his Russian homeland on Wednesday to
attend the inauguration of the country’s new President.
He has not been to Stamford Bridge since Chelsea beat
Arsenal 2-1 on March 23.
Blues boss Avram Grant yesterday refused to answer
questions on whether he has spoken with Abramovich this week.
The Israeli is still waiting an answer from his boss as
to whether he will be in charge of the first team next season.
Even if he pips United to the championship, it looks
unlikely he will get the chance to ask the question tomorrow.
