For owners of motorcycles and scooters looking
for somewhere to get their bikes cleaned, try visiting this “bike
spa” at Caltex in Jalan Bukit Merah.
This automated bike wash system made its debut
in Singapore on Sun (22 Oct), and is the first “bike spa” in Asia
to be located at a service station.
The bike spa supposedly cleans in “mere
minutes” and is “suitable for bikes of all shapes and sizes’.
According to a photo posted by Bike Spa
Singapore on their Facebook
page, prices for the bike spa range from $6 to $10.
There is no news on whether there will be more
of such “spas” opening in other parts of Singapore yet, but Bike
Spa Singapore already warns of “long queues” from 11am to 1pm and
5pm to 7pm.
