The Special One severed ties with the Blues in September, but
not before winning back-to-back Premier League crowns, two League
Cups and an FA Cup to usher in a golden era at Stamford
Bridge.
The Portuguese has taken time off since leaving West London,
returning to live in his hometown of Setubal, about 40 miles south
of Lisbon.
And while he admits it has been nice to have a break from the
hectic world of football management, he insists he has had enough
time off and is ready to get back into the game.
“I have lived for the first time for many years in my country, in
my city, with my family,” Mourinho told The Times. “I had
time to do things that I don’t have when I’m working.”
“But now it’s enough. I will be somewhere next season. I’ve not
agreed anything but it’s a good time for me for many reasons. I
will come back with the same motivation as always.”
