Juventus want to buy Liverpool midfield duo Momo Sissoko and Xabi
Alonso, according to Tuttosport.
The Bianconeri are in the market for a top-class centre midfielder,
and have sent a representative to Anfield today to enquire about
the availability of the pair.
Sissoko is desperate to quit the Reds after falling way down the
pecking order.
I am sick and tired and want to leave. I am not happy about
playing one game per month, the Mali international said last
week.
As for Xabi Alonso, it is unclear whether Reds boss Rafa Benitez
would be willing to let him leave.
Either way the former Real Sociedad will certainly not be allowed
to move until the summer at the very earliest.
Juve are likely to find space for the pair by selling summer flops
Sergio Almiron and Tiago Mendes.
