Goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen says he wants to leave Aston Villa after
giving up hope of being offered a new deal.
The 31-year-old has struggled to make the bench for much of this
season after falling behind Scott Carson and Stuart Taylor in the
Villa Park pecking order.
"I am simply not interested any more. Villa have shown that they
have no interest whatsoever to invest in me," he told the
Birmingham Mail.
"Even if the manager personally offered me a new contract, I
wouldn't sign it."
