The Lions produced a morale-boosting 3-2 win over Group B favourites Vietnam in their last match at the Municipality of Nakhon Ratchasima Stadium in Korat last Monday afternoon.

Singapore are sure to face a more resolute opponent in Saturdays last match against Malaysia so will need to guard against over confidence.

Maybe the closeness of the score at the finish will have sent them a message that the job has not been completed yet.
