The Brazilian ace insisted that English fans did not see the real "Beast" during his year's loan. Baptista hit six goals in seven cup outings including four in a Carling Cup quarter-final win over Liverpool but only three in 24 league appearances. He said: "My experience at Arsenal was bitter-sweet. I should have played more but Wenger did not have confidence in me. "In the end I was almost the last choice. "I have the quality to triumph in England and would like to put the record straight if another club are prepared to give me a chance."
798 SG i will love it if wenger re-sign him again. he's still have alot of potential in him. but me think arsenal has made him a stronger player. he would have rot in RM if we nvr loan him out. he's kinda ungrateful when he stated this comment.
