lol!! Well... there are good ones n bad ones ar. During my full time working years , i encountered many GRO's from many districts .. n now go back study, when i meet those PRC's, its like... *shivers* but these are as bad , but with money n spoilt.

But i guess there are good PRC's gua... erm...
