I brought my getz in for 1K servicing and ask them to also
remove this big chunk of tuff-kote stuck in between the joints of
my bumper (just above the back wheel) and u know what???? I found
MANY DEEP SCRATCH MARKS in the joints. Scratch until the paintwork
fell off!
Some lazy mechanic must have inserted a cloth with screwdriver and
try to scrap it out instead of removing the bumper parts.
So I complained to the SA and he told me "bo bian, come back on a
weekday and we will repaint it for you. Weekend we cannot do, not
even if you bring it in at 8am."
Is this true? Weekend cannot do?!!!! Super pissed.
