The Israel international has made an less than sensational start to
his career at Liverpool, following a £5.5million transfer from West
Ham United in the summer.
Sven Goran Eriksson has recently revealed he is looking to add more
creativity to his City side in the New Year, and rumours are abound
that Benayoun fits his bill.

they forked out in a bid to land the former Racing Santander man,
