Turkish giants Besiktas have completed the signing of
Paris Saint Germain midfielder Edouard Cisse.
The French capital club have received 2m for the player who they
have owned since 1997.
He spent time on loan at Rennes in the 1998/99 season and West Ham
in the 2002/03 campaign, before moving to Monaco in a similar
deal.
Besiktas, who will play in the Champions League second qualifying
round, have also signed Rüstü Reçber, Rodrigo Tello, Hakan Arikan
and Mehmet Yozgatli this summer.
Cisse is a player who Besiktas will hope can add solidity to the
midfield ahead of the new campaign.
