Nedved Set To Retire - Report
The Czech Republic midfielder is destined to hang up his boots this
summer, even though there still exists a slight chance that the
former Golden Ball winner changes his mind.
Apparently the decision will be taken next week, unless the club
decides to call him up for a meeting to convince him to remain for
another year as the Bianconeri prepare to face a difficult season
back in the topflight after returning from a season of Serie B
football.
This would undoubtedly be a huge loss for the Old Lady, even though
with the acquisition of the new players, Tiago and Almiron, it is
likely that the Czech player would have found less space in the
Bianconeri's first eleven next season.
Nedved has been with Juve for the past 6 seasons after joining the
Bianconeri from Lazio, following 5 years in the Capital city
side.
