is chelsea buying to many players again?

funniegal SG

is chelsea buying to many players again?. is like, ben, alex..and so on. all from cheap sale or free tansfer. wa, wait if they win the league next season they will say, they the best with low transfer, blablabla.

I think they going for more players rite?

used SG

i think they've spent enough for the past 2 seasons and now have a very strong squad.

the signings recently are just back up players. not really affecting the first team squad.

Inzaghi SG

i think its pretty stupid for those free transfer players to go chelsea, cos they wont play much games too..the lure of winning titles n european football is rubbish if u can even get a game!!

omgukilledkenny SG

Mourinho is probably trying to prove to other teams that they do not have to be a free-spending club to win the league title.

Spend too much? People will say their buying the league.

He's already spent a LARGE amount of money the past 2 seasons to build the squad. So now i guess these free transfers are just backups to his squad.

FlipFlap SG

Chelsea got a few from free-transfers, and Alex seems to be already brought from previous seasons..

alwaysdisturbed SG

they just want the medals.

WiNtEr'SkiLL SG

cool... hAha.. Very Happy

glacer SG

They are changing their transfer tactics, previously, they offered large sums, now, they are aiming those who’s contracts are going to be over, smart though

Slipshade SG

And the money!

SumOne SG

And what's wrong with getting more players? Chelsea's lack of proper backup in defenders cost them this season. Nothing strange, English clubs need more players to last over the season.

I_love_my_toilet SG

seriously

squad depth is important

somemore its free yet reliable players

y not right ?

I'm still waiting for arsenal lor, sigh Rolling Eyes

SumOne SG

Which in itself is nothing wrong, Chelsea has the potential to win things.

SumOne SG

About the money issue, who normal person wouldn't leave for a better job offer? Soccer as a profession is no different.

stellazio SG

nah i doubt so. to compete on 4 fronts is really no joke.

plus injuries, u can never predict em.

well as long as the squad don't go above 24 players it should be alright.

dragg SG

spend money, they kanna criticised.

free transfer, also kanna criticised.
