Was just wondering what Mourinho will say at the end of the
season if Man U really wins the EPL.
I feel a lot of times he says the things he does is to try and help
his team. Maybe it's to swing referee decisions his way at an
upcoming match. Or maybe to take attention and pressure away from
his team when they have a bad performance? Sometimes he purposely
throws himself on the line and let himself be the dartboard for the
press so that his team is spared.
Non-Chelsea fans can hate him, but at least what he does, he does
it for the good of the team and with the team at heart. I can't say
I agree with his methods, but I understand his comittment to the
team. To be honest, I doubt an uncomitted manager can still have
his challenging for a quadraple after all that has happened (Cech's
injury, Terry's injury), no matter how good the players are
individually.
I would really like to see what his reaction will be and what are
the things he will say should Man U really win the title this
season. Afterall, by then all pressure is off and there'd be no
need to play mind games by then. So for all we know, we might see a
more gracious Mourinho. It will also be his first failed attempt at
clinching the title. So who knows?
Be it more 'moaning', or a new side of Mourinho, I would like to
see it all the same.
