no lah... me no mazda fan whatsoever, but it is a real well
known fact that the matrix is one of the more heavier 1.6L cars
around.
But weight is not the only factor that can affect fuel economy. Ppl
say the Nissan Sunny has horrible fuel consumption but weighs
around 1100+kg? it's their CVT sucks, that's why! and ppl driving
style too... usually auto cars are a bit heavier cos of the bigger
auto tranny. I would think a manual Matrix will fair better than
the auto ver. in terms of fuel economy... as well as other cars in
general
