Well not exactly, I see that other players can step up the platter and deliver when it matter most. Look at games when Rooney was poor in form, United have other players like Giggs,Scholes,Ronaldo,Saha who can change the game with their individual brilliance.

Against strong team he is the main man, but Saha still not able to replace RVN completely yet. Giggs is getting slow but does position himself well. Ronaldo is a dancer not a footballer Laughing . Scholes is a player who work very hard.
