Penalties for offences involving Cannabis
Illegal traffic, import or export of :
Cannabis resin of more than 200 grams - DEATH.
Cannabis mixture of more than 1 kilogram - DEATH.
Possession and consumption of cannabis - up to S$20,000 fine or 10
years imprisonment or BOTH.
