We are in 2010 now, PAP's Goal 2010 of entering Singapore
football team in world cup finals has totally failed.They don't
even dare to talk about it in state media any more.
So what's your views on faliure of PAP's Goal 2010? Why did it
fail?
Failing to motivate soccer players. By thinking it can be easily
achieved by importing FT as quick fix to shorten the gap quickly.
The Gov are awefully wrong. FT come here becos of the money they
are promised and they played without any serious
motivation.
Patriot will die for country but not for money... By using quick
fix method, it demoralise the local player and worse decrease
patriotism thruout Singapore.
Sg gove always think they are so smart using quick fix method.
In fact, I don't think most of Sg minister are loyal. Using quick
fix method to try to achieve short term result quickly so that
their superior will be quickly impressed and they will get their
promotion and paycheck quickly. Quickly earn big buck before
anything goes wrong.
Just like the banker in financial market. Earn as quick as
possible when the market is hot ,be it underhand or legalise deal.
In the end, market crashed and everybody suffer...
