I called ctitbank again, guess what.... again CS said they do
not see my application online... !!!! I've sent in twice online
& sent the 3rd time via fax which they faxed to me.... I am
really very keen to know what does "same day approval" means? I did
ask the CS who attended to me, he told me to send the following
which i had (all 3 times)
1) I've sent in front & back copy of IC
2) I've more then $30KPA
3) I h've no record in Credit Bureau
Now, he said he will get the supervisor or manager to call
me.
Do you all think it is a good idea if i send a feedback from the
web?
