Nona Paris Lola Jackson, who claims to be the biological mother
of Michael Jackson's three children, filed legal papers against him
for a third time in the Los Angeles Superior Court to request
visiting rights and child support.
She filed the petition on March 27, reports www.hollywood.tv.
In addition to a motion detailing how easily a scheduling
arrangement could work, she further demanded that she should be
given Jackson's Neverland ranch and another one of his property,
even though her demands mean that Jackson retains full custody of
the children.
Lola is adamant in her claim that she gave birth to 10-year-old
Prince Michael, nine-year-old Paris and five-year-old Prince
Michael II, despite the fact that Jackson's ex-wife Deborah Rowe is
named on the birth certificate as the mother of both Prince Michael
and Paris.
Meanwhile, the identity of Prince Michael II's mother remains
unknown. She bolsters her claim by insisting that Jackson never
consummated his marriage.
'Debbie's hospital records will prove that my kids are not hers
because of DNA,' she said.
Because the court has already dismissed two previous custody
attempts by Lola, Raymone Bain, Michael Jackson's representative,
described her actions as 'ludicrous'.
Court hearings on her motion have been scheduled for May 2 and May
30.
