WTB 1 seg tv tuner

Hi all, anyone knows where to buy the 1 seg tv tuner in sg?

also if you have any reviews and know how much it costs.

Thanks in advanced.

can be used in singapore?

not sure if it can be used but if they do sell it in sg means it can work right?
