Why do you think its not worth it??
For me, i use it to play games only, cos i have my ipod for
songs. Movies, i seldom watch using ipod or PSP cos screen too
small and i get motion sickness when viewing on buses.
Please pardon me for saying, but with the advent of CFW, it
makes it the more worthwhile to own a PSP, i hope you get my
hint..
To me the most important factor is the portability. My favorites
on PSP are DJMAX 1 & 2 (thank god it came to PSP!!) and Initial
D. These games are what i call 'tidbit' games that can help you
spend your free time while on bus or mrt. Furthermore, some games
are PSP-exculsive, like Exit 1 & 2, Bleach Heat the Soul series
and many more....
Ultimately, Sony created PSP to be the all-purpose media
machine. Even if you dun have an ipod, a PSP will do just fine as a
substitute provided you have enough space.
There are still cons though, like lacklustre music and build
quality, according to other gamers. The gameshop i frequent also
say the current Slim series is very fragile, so dun drop it. Other
than all the above, maybe fellow forumers can give your more
advice.
