i guess its a winrar file. u can right click on the file and
click on properties and then see what format it is. if its winrar,
you will have to have winrar the software installed of cos. then
after that, just double click and open. then extract. thats all.
the extracted file should be in ISO or
CSO format in order for your psp to read. and
you will have to put it into the “ISO” folder. thanks.
