It's not cheap if you want to say take a degree course to
upgrade especially if you are retrenched.
Worst if you have got family and housing committments and need
the money for day to day living.
Damn if you do, damn if you don't. 
Thats also true. Of cos a degree is a huge financial committment
so you gonna consider it over properly, but if you have always
wanted to do it, then this could be the best time.
