I do hope that you can understand on wat you are doing, i know that
you are enthu over Civil Defence, but please dont let your enthu
overwrite your on wat you are doing. Of course volunteering is gd,
plus you have attended all the courses that you have mention, you
can make use of the skills that you have learn in gd cause, not to
go around and tell everyone on wat you have.
For your information, the NCDCC CLTs is learning more then wat the
volunteers due to the training syllabus is totally different, apart
from the courses you mention, they are being expose to alot of
Civil Defence knowledge before they pass out.
I hope that would clearified the matter.
