You can choose to order your food in sign language for the deaf and
mute.
But please show us how to order Chwee Kueh and Bak Kut Teh in
sign language ok?
I think ordering Boneless Chicken/Duck/BBQ Pork rice would be
quite funny too. 
I quote from my Ang Moh Boss,
"Hello, can I have a packer of Chwee Kueh please? Please give me
extra chili in a separate packet, thank you
very much aunty."
"Hi! Can I have a packet of Pork Ribs Soup to take away?" (or
sometimes he will use the local slang to say "Bak Kut
Tei")
"Please give me a plate of Chicken Rice, boneless please and
only chicken breast for me. Oh and I love your soup can you give me
more of that please?"
"Aunty, I would like to have 1 plate of duck rice, please add an
egg to go with that."
"Can I have 1 plate of Char Siew with the rice on
a separate plate? Oh gawd, your char siew is the best I
have eaten, it's even better than the ones I ate in
those restaurants in Hong Kong!"
