actually i am not sure about the road conditions near the other
test centres, since i only took it at ubi, but the comparison i
always hear is that ubi test routes more challenging.
however sometimes the most important factor is perhaps distance
ba?
like i am more of advicing my fren to take it at ubi, since i also
know a few private instructors teaching there. but he is more keen
to go to ssdc.
hmmm..... anyone know of any good private instructors teaching at
ssdc?
