Manuel Almunia believes Arsenal need to improve their
away form if they are to press on and claim the Premier League
title.
The Gunners have slipped up of late away from the Emirates after
firstly being held at Newcastle before crashing to a surprise 2-1
defeat to Middlesbrough.
Arsene Wenger's side bounced back from their away blip with home
wins over Chelsea and Spurs, although it is form on their travels
that Almunia now wants to rectify.
Arsenal have tricky trips to Portsmouth and Everton on the horizon
and the Spanish keeper knows results at those venues will prove
whether they have what it takes to scoop the title.

"We are not playing too well now, but we have taken three points
against Spurs at the weekend," stated Almunia.
"I think we have to improve away from home because now we have two
consecutive games which are very, very difficult, Portsmouth and
Everton.
"And, after those two games, we will show how strong Arsenal are
and what Arsenal can win this year.
"The season is long, but at the moment, we have played 18 games and
we are at the top and that means something.
"I think Arsenal are doing many things well and every time we win
we have to believe in ourselves."
