THEO Walcott warned Arsenal fans hoping he will immediately plug
the gap left by Thierry Henry to be patient.
A lot of hopes are pinned on the teenager after the Frenchmans
£16million move to Barcelona.
But Walcott has told Gunners supporters to remember he is only 18
years old before they start to demand miracles from him.
I know Im quite a high-profile player but Im just 18, so all I
want to do is work hard and try to get more starts for the first
team, he said.
I want to get 10 goals next season and I would like to make 20 or
25 starts. Basically I want to improve every year.
Walcott is returning two weeks early for pre-season training, along
with Robin Van Persie.
We train with each other every day, so we are only going to get
better, he added.
If he really is the best,MAYBE
arsenal do not need any striker nxt season? hmm
