Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas has again admitted his admiration
for manager Arsene Wenger.
"The best thing he has done to me is have confidence in me," he
said in The Official Arsenal Season review 2006-07, ITV DVD.
"I had to show him I was good enough to be in the team. Sometimes I
still had bad games and he still believed in me.
The playmaker has become the focal point of the Arsenal midfield
and has a flourishing relationship with the Gunners fans.
He added: "You don't realise how quickly you can feel something for
the club.
"When you are just 17, they are all next to you and that's a great
feeling. And scoring goals and winning things for this club is the
best thing that's ever happened to me."
