Emmanuel Adebayor, one of Arsene Wengers prized possessions, has
voiced his thoughts on Thierry Henrys future.
The Togolese international, who was described as "Kanu with pace"
by team boss Arsene Wenger when he signed him, hopes that Henry
will stay with Arsenal despite the offers that are coming his
way.
As I'm sure you're all aware, Henry has been linked heavily with AC
Milan and Barcelona in recent weeks, after the Arsenal captain made
some less than convincing comments regarding his future at the
club.
"He is the best player of the team, he is one of the best players
in the world," said Adebayor.
"He is one of the biggest players we missed during the season and
if he is there we will be happy because he is still there to score,
but obviously that's football.
"We hope he is going to stay."
I'm sure there's millions of Gooners with you there,
Ade.
